Hospital In Brush Flooded By Heavy Rains
BRUSH, Colo. (CBS4) ―
The eastern Colorado town of Brush will be cleaning up from Flooding Thursday after a storm swept through the area Wednesday night.
Heavy rains, winds and hail hit Morgan County around 7 p.m.
Police in Brush said parts of the East Morgan County Hospital were flooded. Patients in three rooms were evacuated.
The first night of the annual Brush Rodeo was also interupted by the threat of a tornado. Crowds reportedly huddled in metal buildings during the warning.
There were no reports of injuries.
Brush is about 90 miles northeast of Denver.
