Boston police are searching for two armed robbers who assaulted two men at a convenience store Monday, reports CBS station WBZ-TV in Boston.
Police say two men, each around 25 years old, robbed the Kangs Corner Store on Gainsborough Street near Northeastern University. One had a gun and the other had a knife, police said.
One robber hit a store clerk on the back of his head with the firearm and then hit another clerk on the nose with the gun. Both victims were ordered to stay on the ground while the robbers stole thousands of dollars in cash.
They then fled the store. Police say the robbers are described as black men wearing hooded sweatshirts.
Police released surveillance video of the robbery hoping someone will recognize the robbers.
