Twenty-four hours after his call-up, goaltender Michael Wall has been reassigned to Colorado's American Hockey League affiliate, the Cleveland-based Lake Erie Monsters.
Wall dressed as a backup to Peter Budaj in the Avalanche's 4-3 overtime loss to Phoenix Monday night.
He's appeared in 16 games for the Monsters, posting a 4-7-4 record with a 2.82 goals-against average and a .917 save percentage.
