Charlie Sheen was arrested in Aspen on Christmas Day in 2009 after an alleged domestic violence dispute involving his wife Brooke Mueller Sheen. He is accused of holding a knife to Brooke's throat and threatening to kill her at his Aspen home. Prosecutors in February 2010 charged TV's "Two and a Half Men" star with felony menacing and misdemeanor charges of third-degree assault and criminal mischief.
