Anniversary Of JFK's Assassination

President John F. Kennedy was assassinated on November 22, 1963 while riding in a motorcade with his wife in Dallas, Texas. President Kennedy was shot by Lee Harvey Oswald, who fired the fatal shots from the Texas School Book Depository. Oswald was later arrested at a Dallas movie theater, before being shot and killed by Jack Ruby two days later. Conspiracy theorists have had their own ideas about President Kennedy's assassination ever since. Now 45 years later, here is a look back at the life of one of the country's most popular Presidents, and the day that so many Americans will never forget.
