The national headquarters of Delta Chi Fraternity on Feb. 19 suspended the Boulder chapter following the arrests of nine pledges in Estes Park. The University of Colorado students were arrested Feb. 17 on suspicion of underage drinking and felony criminal mischief. (Full Story)
