Fit 4 Colorado School Challenge
CBS
The Fit 4 Colorado School Challenge recognizes schools that are working to create a healthy atmosphere within their schools by coming up with creative and innovative ways to keep students and faculty healthy. CBS4, America on the Move, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Colorado and HealthONE's Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children would like to recognize and reward these innovative ideas that are taking place within the following areas of your school:
·
Physical education programs
·
School nutrition programs
·
In-school and after-school programs
We want to recognize successful programs so we are asking schools to nominate themselves to be considered for the Fit 4 Colorado School Challenge award by completing the following nomination form and returning it to us:
Nomination Form
Nominations will be accepted on an ongoing basis beginning September 1, 2008 April 30, 2009. One school will be selected each month to receive this recognition award that will include a $1,000 donation towards the program being recognized, the school/program featured on CBS4, and an on-site awards presentation by CBS4 Meteorologist Stacey Donaldson.
Please take a few minutes to complete the following form and return it to us to be considered for this important recognition opportunity. If you have questions, please contact Elaine Torres at edtorres@cbs.com or call 303-830-6510.
