5 Agencies Battle Brush Fire In Larimer County
LARIMER COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) ―
Fire crews are battling a fire east of Hewlett Gulch in Larimer County.
Officials say the fire started at 719 Red Tail Trial on Sunday afternoon.
Five different agencies are working the fire that is estimated to be 100 acres in size.
The cause has not yet been determined, but it started on private property and burned north through brush and grasses.
There is very little wind in the area so they believe they'll have it handled sometime Sunday night. They have not called in for air support.
No structures are threatened.
