Sunny, But Cooler Weekend Ahead

Remaining snow around Denver Friday morning.

A fine Friday where the high got to 58 degrees will be followed an an egually fine Saturday with a high right back in the mid to upper 50s under sunny skies.
Sunday stays sunny but cooler with a high in the mid to upper 40s.
Then late Sunday into Monday another surge of cold air and a chance for light snow or snow showers. Monday's high only in the upper 30s.
The rest of the week, which of course includes Thanksgiving Day, should stay most sunny with highs in the upper 40s Tuesday and 50s for the remainder of the week.
Snowstorm Outlook Through February
Forecasters at the NOAA's Climate Prediction Center in Colorado say the state should expect an average snowfall this winter, with normal temperatures -- and maybe even milder temperatures -- for December. Meteorologist Dave Aguilera
breaks down the three-month outlook.
National Weather Service Has New Denver Station
For the first time in 15 years the National Weather Service will be able to record up to the minute weather information in central Denver. A new state-of-the-art weather monitoring station is up and running at City Park Golf Course. (
