Water Main Break Sends Water 150 Feet Into Air

DENVER (CBS4) ― Things are drying out in Denver's Highlands neighborhood Tuesday afternoon after a broken main sent water gushing into the air.

A construction crew hit the main and that created a 150 foot geyser until Denver Water could get it turned off.

The water was forceful enough to break windows on house causing some flooding.

The outage affected about a block in the area of 30th and Wyandot.
