Lone Tree Sexual Assault Suspect Arrested

LONE TREE, Colo. (CBS4) ― Investigators in Lone Tree have arrested man accused of sexually assaulting a teenager at a library.

A teenaged female victim was assaulted last week in her vehicle in the parking lot between the Neighborhood Library at Lone Tree and Cook Creek Pool.

Investigators used DNA evidence to identify Scott Sylvia, 25, who police call a transient living in the Denver area.

By the time he was linked to the assault, Sylvia was in custody in Denver on an unrelated crime.
