Police Seek Violent Sex Predator In Denver Area

DENVER (CBS4) ― A 28-year-old sexually violent predator is being sought in the Denver area after he reportedly violated his parole at the start of this month, Denver police said.

The Colorado Department of Corrections is looking for Jaime Gutierrez. He is a registered sex offender and listed as a sexually violent predator.

Gutierrez was last known to live in Lakewood.

On July 1, he violated his parole in the area of West 36th Avenue and Federal Boulevard in Denver, police said.
