Woman Found Floating In Parker Pond

PARKER, Colo. (CBS4) ― A woman was found floating face down in a wastewater pond in Parker Wednesday morning, authorities said.

The woman, who was described as elderly, was seen walking in the area earlier by construction workers building a water treatment plant near the Salisbury Equestrian Center.

The workers later saw her in the pond.

They pulled the woman out and attempted to resuscitate her and called 911. Emergency workers continued to treat the woman and took her to the hospital.

Her condition was not known early Wednesday afternoon.

Police don't suspect foul play.
