Celebrities To Make Obama Push At Colo. Colleges

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP) ― More celebrities are headed to Colorado to push Democrat Barack Obama and to encourage college students to vote.

Actors Eva Longoria Parker, Kal Penn and Adam Rodriguez are coming Saturday to the Auraria Campus in Denver, the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley and Colorado State University in Fort Collins.

The rallies are the latest in a national push by the Obama campaign to encourage students to vote. "House" star Kal Penn has been especially busy for Obama. He hit six campuses in one day last month.

And last week, "Desperate Housewives" star Longoria Parker urged Hispanic women to back Obama.

Michelle Obama is talking to students at the University of Colorado in Boulder Wednesday.
