Hundreds of people waited in long lines outside Arapahoe Community College in Littleton Friday to get the H1N1 vaccine.
Only those considered at the highest risk of getting the virus were given the vaccine, including children and people with chronic illnesses.
Ann Mather waited in line for her vaccine. "I'm on oxygen, and I just can't get sick, so we have been here for awhile and are happy to have the opportunity to get it," said Mather.
Tri-County Health sponsored Friday's clinic. The executive director said he doesn't believe H1N1 shots for the general public will be available until January.
