Body Pulled From South Platte River

DENVER (CBS4) ― Denver firefighters pulled a body from the South Platte River Wednesday morning. Police were investigating the circumstances surrounding the death.

Someone on a the pedestrian bridge at 16th Street over the river spotted the body face-down and called 911 before 7:30 a.m.

Firefighters quickly responded and were able to pull the body out.

No other details were available.
