Lakewood police are holding a reality television star without bond after he was arrested on charges of sexual assault on a child at the Colorado Mills Mall.

An advisement hearing was scheduled for Monday morning for Vincent Magera, 50, who is better known by his nickname "Don Vito" on the MTV show Viva La Bam.

Police arrested Magera on Friday night after a skateboarding event at the mall. He's accused of innapropriately touching two children.

Magera was in town shooting promotional material.

Margera is the uncle of skateboarder Bam Margera and stars with him on Viva La Bam.

He was being held on a $50,000 bond.
