Veterans Green Jobs To Weatherize Colorado Houses

Colorado has hired a group called Veterans Green Jobs to weatherize about 240 houses in the San Luis Valley in the southern part of the state.

Gov. Bill Ritter has scheduled a formal announcement for Tuesday.

The $1 million project is funded with federal stimulus money.

The work will be done in Saguache, Mineral, Rio Grande, Alamosa, Conejos and Costilla counties.
