If you're looking for bargains this Labor Day weekend, you might want to head for a ski store.
There are two competing sales this weekend -- Ski Rex at Colorado Ski and Golf and Sniagrab at the Sports Authority.
Die-hard skiers and bargain-hunters have been camped out since last week outside the Sports Authority store at 10th and Broadway. The line wraps around the block.
Early Friday morning people on Lincoln Street on the back end of the block were sleeping on couches and on sleeping bags next to the street.
CBS4's Howard Nathan asked the guy who was first in line why he does this year after year.
"That free season pass, the vouchers and everybody you meet," Joe Young said. "Half of these people come back year after year just for Sniagrab."
"So there's now a Sniagrab community?" Nathan asked.
"Yes! Someone gets it!"
Sniagrab (a.k.a. Bargains spelled backwards) opens on Saturday at 8 a.m. with some VIP guest shoppers allowed Friday. Ski Rex's also opens for shoppers on Saturday.
