Fire At Feedlot In Weld County Puts Up Smoke

PLATTEVILLE, Colo. (CBS4) ― Crews from four different fire departments were fighting a blaze at a feedlot near Platteville in Weld County early Wednesday morning.

Copter4 flew over the fire near Highway 66 and County Road 21.

Feed covered with plastic and tires started burning before sunrise. The flames spread to a truck as well.

Crews aren't sure how it started.

No injuries have been reported but the fire is putting up a lot of smoke into the air.
