Colorado Beers Make New 'World's Best' List

4 Of The State's Beers Are Honored With Global Rankings

DENVER (CBS4) ― Four Colorado beers were ranked among the world's best according to the October issue of Men's Journal. Insiders of the beer industry were interviewed for their favorite beers for the rankings.

Blue Paddle (New Belgium Brewery in Fort Collins) was ranked as one of the Top 5 lagers and pilsners in the world.

Other top beers which made the list were:

• Lyons -- Dale's Pale Ale was named "Best River Trip Beer."
• Boulder -- 14er ESB was selected as "Best Ski Town Beer."
• Golden -- Coors' Blue Moon was named "Best Mass Market Microbrew."
