Elk Herd Stops By Golden For Easter Meal

GOLDEN, Colo. (CBS4) ― A big herd of elk found their holiday meal in Golden. A large group enjoyed the snow and the grass on Easter Sunday

They seemed to be content just watching the people in the cars watch them.

"You don't see it every day," elk watcher David Pino said. "Especially big herds; It's pretty interesting to see."

Pino also watcher said he would be kind of "freaked out" if a bunch of elk came by his house.
