Fire Breaks Out At 'Cableland' Mansion

DENVER (CBS4) ― Fire investigators have been trying to figure out what started a fire at Denver's mayoral mansion or what most people know as "Cableland."

The damage is moderate.

Investigators said fire alarms didn't activate until firefighters arrived at about 3:30 Tuesday morning.

Cableland was the residence of cable magnate Bill Daniels. It was donated to the city ten years ago for a mayoral mansion, but has been used for little other than parties.
