Bam Margera's Uncle To Stand Trial in JeffCo
GOLDEN, Colo. (AP) ―
The man known as Don Vito on the MTV show "Viva la Bam" was bound over Thursday in Jefferson County for trial on three counts of sexual assault on a child.
Prosecutors allege Vincent Roy Margera touched two 12-year-old girls and a 14-year-old girl inappropriately at a promotional event in Lakewood in August.
Prosecutors said the girls had gone to a skate park at the Colorado Mills Mall to get Margera's autograph and have their photo taken with him.
Margera is set to be arraigned Mar. 5. He is free on $50,000 bond.
