A man wanted in connection with a triple-shooting in Aurora was expected to appear in court for an extradition hearing Monday in Louisiana.
Shreveport, L.A. police tried to pull over 21-year-old Sir Mario Owens for a loud stereo Nov 6.
Officers caught up with him after a car chase and foot pursuit.
Owens was one of three suspects in the July 2004 shooting of three people at Aurora's Lowry Park. Gregory Vann, 20, died and two other men were wounded.
Owens claims police have the wrong man.
Robert Ray, 20, and Davinia Ray, 26, were jailed in Arapahoe County.
One of the survivors of the 2004 attack, Javad Marshall-Fields, was shot to death with his fiance in June.
That was a week before he was supposed to testify in Robert Ray's trial.
Marshall-Fields was 22.
