Denver Broncos cornerback
Darrent Williams will remain behind bars for now, CBS4 reports.
Willie Clark's attorney's had hoped to secure his release Wednesday on a parole violation. Authorities said Clark would remain in custody for allegedly living at an address different from the one he provided to authorities.
Clark was arrested last Friday. Police would not say what role if any he had in the shooting of Williams.
Clark's cousin, Steven Howard, was arrested in the courtroom Wednesday when he indicated he had driven a car during a traffic offense for which Clark was also charged.
