A man who was acquitted in the death of his ten year old daughter was sentenced to 15 years in prison Thursday on drug related charges.
Leo Cisneros was convicted of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. His daughter, Aurelia, died in a gun battle in November of 2007 when three robbers broke into Cisneros' apartment.
Prosecutors had argued Cisneros put his daughter in danger by dealing marijuana out of his apartment, making it the target of robbers. He was acquitted in her death, but found guilty of the drug charges.
