A Christian school principal is accused of engaging in graphic, inappropriate sexual conversations with several male students.
CBS4 first reported last week that Silver State Christian School in Morrison had placed principal Daniel Brock on paid administrative leave as law enforcement authorities probed Brock's interactions with students.
Now, a former school employee, Michelle Gibson, says two male students told her that Brock took them behind closed doors for detailed conversations about their sex lives.
"He apparently asked them positions they have tried, different sexual things, 'Have you ever tried this? How often do you do this?'" Gibson said.
"But for you to ask explicit questions about their sex life, positions they've done and whom they've had sex with and how often, it's none of your business -- that's for parents to do that."
She said the two boys confided in her and that later, one of the boys mother's approached her about the reported conversations.
"And if he's ministering to them -- great, but that's not the way to do it. It's not," said Gibson.
Gibson said she told school administrators and other parents about what the students told her, but that no one did anything.
"And everybody said 'I don't think he would do that. He's not that kind of person.'"
But Krista Nash, a spokesperson for Silver State, told CBS4 no one recalled Gibson reporting on the principal's behavior and no one remembered hearing about these alleged conversations.
But says Nash,"'just as a precaution to make sure kids are safe we put Brock on administrative leave."
The Jefferson County District Attorney's Office has confirmed its involvment in the investigation at the school but declined to release additional details.
Daniel Brock referred questions to his attorney, who declined to answer specific questions about the allegations.
Iin addition to working at the school, Michelle Gibson also had two sons who attended Silver State. After hearing from students about what Brock was talking about behind closed doors, she pulled her students out of the school at the conclusion of the school year.
"We put them in a public school. We felt they were safer there," she said.
