Summer Bus Service Revs Up To Maroon Bells

ASPEN, Colo. (AP) ― Bus service to the Maroon Bells scenic area outside Aspen is starting and motorized traffic on the road to the scenic area will be restricted.

The Roaring Fork Transportation Authority will run buses starting Saturday. Buses leave from Aspen Highlands between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. The cost is $6 per adult and $4 for seniors and children from 6 to 16. Children under 6 ride free.

Bus tickets can be bought at several locations in Aspen and Aspen Highlands Village.
