Mormon Tabernacle Choir Gives Gov. Ritter Baton

MORRISON, Colo. (AP) ― Colorado's governor is taking a turn conducting Utah's famous Mormon Tabernacle Choir.

Gov. Bill Ritter will briefly be guest conductor for the choir when it performs at Red Rocks Amphitheater Monday night. The concert is a fundraiser for the National Sports Center for the Disabled.

Before the show Monday, Ritter is talking to a bankers' group in Denver and holding an event to highlight safety improvements at the state Capitol.
