Magazine: Britney Spears Working Up A Sweat

OK! Magazine is reporting that Britney Spears has gone from 133 pounds to 118 pounds in three months.

OK! Magazine is reporting in its newest issue, due out on
Thursday, May 1, that pop-star Britney Spears has been hitting the gym
and working up a sweat in an attempt to get back into shape.
Spears, 26, has been seen at the Bally Total Fitness gym in Culver City, Calif., and the gym's chief marketing officer, John Wildman, told OK! Magazine that Spears is working hard by using both a personal trainer and the gym's nutritional programs.
The magazine is also reporting that Spears' exercise program is called "Active Recovery." In the program, one works each muscle group intensely for a short period of time until it becomes exhausted, then moves to the next muscle group without resting.
Long gone are the days when the pop star was photographed eating Cheetos and fast food. Her new diet includes five small meals. The magazine is reporting that she cut her caloric intake down by 1,000 calories.
