2 Face Child Abuse Charges For Malnourished Girl

DENVER (CBS4) ― A 3-year-old girl was admitted to a Denver hospital while police investigate if she is a victim of child abuse.

Investigators said she weighed just 22 pounds when she was brought in for treatment.

The girl's mother, Shaunee Hall, and her roommate, Tina Houcks, face child abuse charges.

Doctors said the little girl is suffering from malnourishment and extreme dehydration.
