05/05/08, officers received a barking dog complaint from a resident who lives near Chinook Drive.

05/06/08, officers received a report that apparently a cattle trucker driver had cleaned out his trailer next to Highway 50, just west of Gunnison. No suspects at this time.

05/07/08, at approximately 11:15 PM, officers received a report of "shots fired" in the area of County Road 11, Ponderosa. Investigations provided that the sound was actually firecrackers. A verbal warning was extended.

05/07/08, at approximately 12:30 PM, officers assisted the Colorado State Patrol with a multi-vehicle accident 1.5 miles north of Gunnison on Highway 135. There was extensive damage to all three vehicles and severe injuries to the drivers.

05/08/08, officers assisted the Colorado State Patrol with possible drug search of a vehicle near the mile mark 185 of Highway 50.

05/08/08, at approximately 4:00 PM, officers and Fire responded to a fire call just west of Sapinero. An electrical pole was on fire which temporarily cut power to costumers on County Road 26. The cause of the blaze is unknown.

05/08/08, at approximately 8:20 PM, officers assisted the Gunnison Police Department with a call concerning suspicious activity at a car lot north. All checked out.

05/09/08, at approximately 5:00 PM, officers and EMS responded to a report of an unconscious female in Pitkin. Victim was transported to Gunnison Valley Hospital by ambulance.

05/09/08, at approximately 12:25 AM, officers assisted the Colorado State Patrol with an arrest near Clark Boulevard.

05/09/08, at approximately 8:30 PM, officers investigated a report of a possible domestic dispute .5 miles north on County Road 10 (Cranor Hill Road). Officers discovered that two juveniles were arguing, however, no threats or physical contact were detected. The juveniles were turned over to their respective parents.

05/09/08, at approximately 11:55 PM, officers and EMS responded to a medical call in the Antelope Subdivision. The subject apparently ran, on foot, into a parked car. The man refused medical treatment but officers were able to give him a courtesy transport back to Gunnison.

05/10/08, at approximately 12:50 AM, officers assisted the Colorado State Patrol with a DUI arrest at the one mile marker of County Road 17 (Antelope Hills Road).

05/10/08, at approximately 10:20 AM, officers responded to a reported one-car rollover accident with injuries 3.5 miles north on County Road 17 (Antelope Hills Road). The lone passenger of the vehicle was transported to Gunnison Valley Hospital by ambulance and after treatment, released to an arresting Colorado State Patrol Trooper under the charge of DUI.

05/11/08, officers assisted the Gunnison Police Department with looking for a female juvenile.

05/11/08, officers received a call considering littering in the area of County Road 18, Gunnison Gun Range Road.
