An 18-year-old suspect in a Las Vegas school bus stop shooting that wounded six has agreed to return to Nevada without a legal fight.

Nicco Tatum was arrested in Denver on Wednesday when he got off a bus from Las Vegas. He's one of two people wanted in connection with a shooting Tuesday on a crowded Las Vegas street corner where a school bus had just unloaded high school students.

At a brief court hearing in Denver Friday, he said he would not resist efforts to return him to Las Vegas.

In Nevada, he faces six counts of attempted murder with a deadly weapon and six counts of battery with a deadly weapon.
