Woman Attacked With High-Heel Shoe In Boulder

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) ― Boulder police are looking for witnesses after a woman was attacked on the Pearl Street Mall early Sunday morning.

A woman says she was assaulted by two other women outside the Tahona Tequila Bistro in the 1000 block of the mall.

The attack happened after most of the activities on Halloween night had ended.

Police say no one in the bar saw the attack.

A man told police the woman was beaten with a high-heel shoe.

The 39-year-old victim suffered a broken nose, a broken thumb and a broken orbital bone in her face.

The only description the woman gave police was her attackers were two Hispanic women. One of them was wearing a bright yellow tank top.

Anyone with information is asked to call Boulder police.
