Denver Police Search For TCF Bank Robbery Suspect

DENVER (CBS4) ― Denver police are searching for a suspect in a bank robbery at the TCF Bank on Broadway and Evans.

Sonny Jackson with Denver police said the robbery occurred at 9:53 a.m. and was not related to another robbery of a credit union that occurred Wednesday.

Employees said a single suspect demanded money and got away.

No weapons were observed.

The suspect is described at 5 feet 8 inches tall with a medium build. He was about 150 pounds with grey hair, a grey hat, purple sweatshirt, stonewashed grey pants and sunglasses.

The suspect fled on foot and possibly got into a purple four-door older model Lincoln Town Car.
