Police: Angry Driver Attacked Motorcyclist
BOULDER, Colo. (AP) ―
Police say a Boulder County driver used his car door to hurt a motorcyclist in a road-rage attack.
Twenty-five-year-old Daniel Kris Rodriguez is accused of hitting the unnamed motorcyclist with his car door Saturday afternoon. The motorcyclist was slammed into a median, suffering minor head injuries.
Rodriguez fled the scene and led police on a short chase but was arrested in Erie. He faces charges including felony vehicular assault.
The motorcyclist remained hospitalized Saturday night but was expected to recover.
