Greenwood Village Condo Complex Files Chapter 11

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. (CBS4) ― A luxury condo complex in Greenwood Village has filed for bankruptcy protection.

The Landmark and Meridian Towers are located just west of Interstate 25 near Belleview.

The condos sell for between $300,000 and $3 million.

The owner says sales are going well but says when the lender refused to extend a loan, he was forced to file Chapter 11.
