BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) ― Former Denver Broncos running back Travis Henry, who was arrested in Florida two weeks ago for allegedly violating bond conditions on a federal drug conviction, has been returned to Montana.

Henry, who is being held at the Yellowstone County Detention Facility, was scheduled to appear in federal court Tuesday, but his attorney requested a continuation due to a scheduling conflict.

Henry pleaded guilty in April to conspiracy to possess 11 pounds of cocaine with intent to distribute, but was released on a $400,000 bond to attend to child support issues in Florida. His sentencing was scheduled for July 15.

Henry was arrested in Florida last month after testing positive for alcohol use, violating the terms of his release.

Henry, 30, of Frostproof, Fla., and co-defendant James Mack, 29, of Bow Mar, Colo., were first arrested in Denver last October after authorities in Montana found six pounds of marijuana and about 6.6 pounds of cocaine that the pair had allegedly supplied. Henry was described as the "money guy" who helped finance the operation.

Mack has also pleaded guilty.

Henry was cut by the Denver Broncos in June 2008 after playing one season of a four-year, $22.5 million contract.
