Report: Elway Engaged To Former Raider Cheerleader

DENVER (CBS4) ― Former Denver Broncos quarterback John Elway is engaged to a former Oakland Raiders cheerleader, Penny Parker at the Rocky Mountain News reports.

Parker said Elway asked Paige Green to marry him while the couple was vacationing in Italy last week.

The couple met 3 years ago during a celebrity golf tournament in Los Angeles. Elway, 48, said he didn't call Green until 7 months later when he saw her on an infomercial.

Green, 41, moved to Denver a year ago and has been living with Elway.

Elway's first marriage to Janet Elway ended after 18 years and four children.
